I am Light

About this book

About the Book I Am Light helps children discover that, because they belong to Jesus, they are called to shine His light wherever they go. Through an engaging story and biblical truths, young readers learn that being a light is not about being perfect or drawing attention to themselves, but about reflecting God’s love, goodness, and truth. Meet Ellie, a young girl who discovers that she doesn’t have to be big, loud, or perfect to make a difference. Through her experience, she learns that even a small light can shine brightly when it is yielded to God. Through Scripture, reflection, questions, prayer, and practical faith-building activities, children are encouraged to understand how their words, choices, kindness, and actions can point others to God. The book reminds children that even small acts of obedience, love, and courage can make a difference. It helps them recognize that God has placed His light within them and invites them to live boldly, brightly, and intentionally for Him. Perfect for homes, schools, churches, children’s ministries, devotional times, and faith-based learning environments, I Am Light gives children a strong biblical foundation for living as confident representatives of Christ in their everyday world.
